Mediating with me
In this section you will find details of my style, my mediation agreement, details of my fees and how to contact me.
My Style
My style can best be seen through the eyes of others:

In-House Lawyers
I frequently mediate with in-house lawyers and I understand that they may have particular requirements in familiarising management teams and organising such mediations. I will help with this and please do raise your particular needs with me if this applies.

Fees
My usual fees are incorporated in the Schedule attached to the Mediation Agreement. My fees are as follows:-
Fees for a 10 hour session - £4500.
Included in the above fee is:
- travel time
- free use of the mediation meeting rooms at SJ Berwin
- Food and refreshments
Preparation is £400 per hour. Expenses such as hotels and travel, at cost.
All together with VAT as applicable.
I do adjust my fees as the circumstance may require; for example, when I am mediating abroad where the pound can sometimes be very expensive or where the value in issue between the parties and the nature of the dispute require it.
